This trip I left my IPad at the front desk and about 10 minutes after getting to my room I got a call from the front desk. « Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange.

« We got to stay here while we had an appointment at The University of Minnesota (6 min away. The only issue was Expedia said the dog fee was $25. The hotel charged me $75 and would not honor the Expedia pricing - even though it was still on the Expedia listing.
I also wish the place had EV charging- but we knew it did not ahead of time. »
