"Had a very pleasant stay! Everyone that works there was incredibly nice, the rooms were clean and quiet. Not one complaint! Bookmarking it for future trips :) "

"We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. We decided to leave 4 hours after arriving, to drive back home another 4 hours. When we informed the front desk of our reasons for leaving and requesting refund, they told us we would have to email the manager because there was no one there to authorize a refund. After going back and forth for a while, my husband agreed to to allow them to charge one night ( we were supposed to be there for 2 nights), they agreed and put a refund request form in for the 2nd night. Although they charged us for one night we still decided to leave with our kids. It was absolutely a horrible experience, my 3 yr old and autistic 13 yr old were devastated and tired. My 3 yr old celebrated his birthday in the car since he couldn’t have his celebration at the resort as we planned. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at Amy’s love shack! The place was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true little getaway.The surrounding area was just as lovely—peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Even though our stay was short, we enjoyed every moment and truly appreciated the care Amy puts into her space.We would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing escape!"

"Average motel room, clean but old and small. Staff very friendly and always available to help but housekeeping is on demand only. We stayed for a week and have to go to front desk to ask for housekeeping to obtain clean towels and sundries every third day when we see nobody coming to make room. Wifi is very patchy and slow in the room, frequently without internet in the evening unless you go to the office or park in proximity to office if you want to connect to internet. Cellular signal for T Mobile (our carrier) is also poor (2 bars) and spotty. There is only 1 unoccupied outlet for the whole room to charge phone or use computer. There are microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Breakfast consists of cookies and mini muffins only. Quiet for short stay but otherwise nothing special to write home for."

"The house was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Very enjoyable stay!"

"There was no one else at the hotel in the huge parking lot. It was very run down. Too scary to stay as a single woman. I spoke w a police officer parked down from the hotel and he said don't stay there. Apparently, the hotel has been condemned. This needs to be removed from my charge."

"Our family had a wonderful time. The property description was exactly like it stated. The pool was clean and comfortable. The game room was enjoyed by our grandchildren along with the rock climbing wall. I would highly recommend this property and Avant personnel was very helpful and very quick with responses. "
