Love this place but no a/c and only one fan it was HOT in the bedroom, and not the fun kind 😉. Other than that fantastic location, good value and lovely stay!

Friendly staff welcomed us to a large well laid out and comfortable room which featured a fantastic panoramic view of Auckland's harbour and skyline..This property is the best, hands down, hotel for service, comfort and location that we have ever experienced. Topped off with a choice of 3 nearby breakfast restaurants serving top notch breakfasts sealed our high rating. What a pleasant way to spend the last 8 days of our 38 day 60th anniversary trip. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel...

We were at Imagine Beach Road for one night after landing in Auckland from a cruise. We arrived way before check in time & were given early check in & an upgrade. Our room on the 14th floor facing the city was spacious, clean & so comfortable. You’re pretty centrally located in town for restaurants & shopping. All walkable. Our room was so quiet we slept very well. The bathroom is unbelievable! I wish I could hire the guy who did the tile work. Stunningly beautiful! The staff is warm,...

Great stay. My capsule was well equipped with dual USB-A/C ports and not a speck of dust in sight. This place is beyond clean - like the love child of Ikea and a Japanese capsule hotel. I don’t really have any negatives to speak of. They have daily activities (some paid, some free), a huge kitchen with a much welcomed free food basket, and a cheap cafe/bar with a nice 10% discount to make it even cheaper. Nothing to complain about here.

The unit was well appointed and the location was fantastic. Great value!

This room was freshly renovated. Very nice. Good Deal!

Room was spotless, amenities clean, all working and enough of them (washer and dryer). Rooftop lounge amazing! Staff professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The decor was SO cool!! Excellent coffee HIGH RECOMMEND 💚

We had 2 bedroom. Rooms were dated but fine. Very close to sky tower and park. We were able to walk to cruise port as well. Best part was amazing front desk staff. We needed documents printed and the nice lady at front desk had us email it and she printed it off. They were very busy but she took the time for us. Thank you.

Yes, the room was spotless. Everything felt well organized. Staff was helpful when asked, but not overbearing.

Clean room and exceptional staff

Clean

Staff were very helpful when we showed up early. The room was spacious with a nice little patio set outside where we ate.

Staff were great and so were the rooms

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I was welcomed warmly as soon as I entered the front desk and offered free luggage storage behind the front desk, and free full use of all the amenities until it was time to check-in! The hostel itself is very quiet and perfect to get a good rest of you are jet lagged at all! The kitchen had plenty of cooktops, pots, pans, utensils, and storage, and the washrooms had several separate toilets and showers - never had to wait for anything! There...

It's nice to have a breakfast and parking even for extra $15.

Would stay again. The staff were great. Good location. Room was clean and comfortable for a short stay.
