Located on Lake Hernando, this incredible waterfront home offers stunning open views. Launch the provided kayaks (some life jackets included) for adventure filled days on the water accessed through the large private yard, which leads directly to the lake. After your explorations, return home to unwind in the optional private hot tub, cook out on the charcoal grill (with grilling utensils provided), or just settle in by getting cozy around the wood-burning fire pit lake side!

An inviting updated floor plan offers multiple living areas and abundant natural light. Large electric sliding windows in the sunroom are perfect for catching sunrises over the lake, and cozy den provides a comfy spot to curl up with a book - complete with a double futon for additional sleeping space. Find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances, to include a Keurig coffee maker.

This home is snuggled right off State Road 200, your lakefront hideaway is near US-41 not far from Crystal River, Homosassa, and Dunnellon if you would like to venture out for scallop season which is July- September 24th. Think about it, you could get the best of both worlds in one vacation!!

So with all of that being said, if you are looking for an adventure, you have found your haven! Nestled in on Lake Hernando, this country dream is ideal for Airboats, Fishing, Kayaking, or just enjoying the beautiful Florida Sunshine. There is ample parking space for a boat and trailer & is conveniently located less than a mile from a boat ramp.

If you’re interest is fishing, Lake Hernando is known for its amazing bass fishing, crappie, blue gill, and walleye to name a few. Small pets permitted with pet fee.

Jacuzzi can fit up to 10 people! With a fee of 25$ a day, this outside jacuzzi can be the highlight of your trip! Rooms are as follows:

We enjoyed being able to look out on the beautiful lake from the many windows at the back of the house. The location within a quiet neighborhood was perfect for easy access to ride our bikes on the Withlocoochee State Trail. The house was adequately furnished although more items could have been provided within the kitchen for guests who like to cook. The representative of the owner typically responded very quickly to our requests and needs. Our only complaint during our month-long stay was a power interruption in mid-afternoon one day which left us without heat or internet service for over 24 hours. If the handyman sent to fix the problem had not misled us to believe it was a simple fix that would be quickly addressed early the next morning, it would not have been so unsettling during our vacation.

Fun on the lake.
Wonderful get away. Accommodations were great. Excellent spot on the lakeshore. Good for canoeing and kayaking. Swimming beach nearby. Good neighbors on the adjoining properties. Very responsive property manage was easy to contact. We loved it! We were talking about visiting again even before we left for home!

It was a really great trip
Overall this i couldn't have asked it to be any better. The house was perfect very open spacious and anything we needed was already there all but the food and clothes lol very open with us using kayaks and fishing gear. It was a perfect location for the area and dealing with property manager was so simple and easy any questions we had she answered as well as let us pay to stay a little longer i will definitely recommend this property and will be staying again for sure... only thing i disliked was the jacuzzi got dirty really fast But I believe that Had a lot to do with it raining

Hernando for spring break
Wonderful host. Allowed us extra time at last minute notice. Quick to respond, easy to work with. Neighborhood was very quiet and the one neighbor was very friendly. Showed my kids the baby herring that just hatched and offered his thoughts on a nice place to go eat.
