« Mermaid Landing definitely gives summer-river-camp-not-a-care-in-the-world vibes and has a GREAT location in proximity to the Weeki Wachee River. My teens and younger kids stayed there recently for 2 nights. The property has kayaks and a pedal boat and a great covered dock you can sit and watch the kids and manatees from. « Great spot in an area that does not have alot of hotel options. Which was great as this little studio style space was far better than a hotel. Cutie little private patio to sit and have a glass of wine at the end of the day, as the patio faces east it is shaded from the hot FL sunshine in the evening. Well equipt little kitchenette with hot plate and all the necessities we needed to make and eat meals on site. »

« So good, we locked our keys in the car and hosts were VERY understanding and let us hang around for a little while while we waited for the help to come :(( overall all super nice, great location and very clean and convenient for whoever’s want to stay!! We will be back »

« Although listed as “apartment” it’s a converted garage. Despite that, the area was well decorated and clean. I didn’t hear any other noise from the others in the house (very quiet). It looked just like the pictures. The AC unit works very well. The host was very communicative and check in/check out was very easy. The only issue I came across was the water temperature only had one setting (warm). »

« Had the pleasure of staying a couple nights in the Chinook Helicopter. Let me tell you, this was an absolutely fantastic stay. Not only was it super unique, but super comfortable with everything you need as well as a super unique surrounding and location. If you are on the fence of booking, do it, you will not regret it!
