« Was met at the front desk by a person that either hated her job, or life in general. Not pleasant at all.
Found a terrible set up with the bathroom sink located in the hallway between bathroom and bed area. Literally, sink on left side of hall, bathroom on right side. Very awkward. The bathroom, like so many other motels, was inadequately ventilated. There are literally countless spots on the entire bathroom ceiling of black mold. And hotel has ample parking spaces.
Housekeeping was done daily… everyday fresh set of towels, and waste bins were emptied regularly with fresh liners plus beds were made up. Thanks a lot for being so receptive to our needs. »

« The property was quite run down, and the room reeked of smoke. Upon checkout I mentioned the smell of the room, and she promptly refunded my security deposit (as I wanted to make sure I was not charged for that). The stay was fine, but it was quite obvious that the owner of the property doesn't do much upkeep. Breakfast was okay, nothing noteworthy, but adequate. »

Have quiet hours after 11:00 pm would be my suggestion.
The Friday night I was there - there was a group of people sitting in the back courtyard from 10-2 am and my room faced the back courtyard. Did not get any sleep.
