"We did not stay. I returned the keys when I saw the condition of the room. Loose, rocking toilet, paper dispenser fell off the wall, big dirty crack between the tub and floor, stains on chair, general dirty smell in room, ripped curtains in window. Looked more like a homeless shelter in poor condition. Broken air conditioner vent. Sheets didn’t seem to be very clean, as well as the bedspread. I asked for a refund, but was told I couldn’t get one. I booked through Expedia and opted for the extra insurance when you book a room."

"Room wasn't ready even though we arrived a hour and a half after check-in time. Wasn't prepared for no elevators, however didn't think to check for that. Staff were friendly."
