"The host, Keith was very responsive, kind and helpful. We needed a great fishing charter and he pointed us in the right direction, as well as allowed us to book an extra night due to the hurricane hitting our home! The Lake bnb feels like home. Fully stocked kitchen (seasoning cabinet left my jaw dropped - had every seasoning you can think to use!) while cooking you have the best view. Comfy beds, Fully stocked bathrooms with the good toilet paper - not the 1-ply kind. The dock had a kayak and row boat, and it is a 2 level dock, easy walk from the back of the house to the dock. The 1st level dock has a 6 person table, bench with two chairs and a bench swing - that was my favorite spot. The back porch has an active hummingbird feeder, we ate lunch at the (6 person) table and played darts afterwards. Caught Catfish, Crappies, GoggleEyes, Brim, Carp.. Got to watch the wildlife from the back porch and top deck. Truly thankful for this experience at the Lake home! Thank you Keith and family. "

"I came into town for a bass tournament and chose this venue so my wife could enjoy while I was fishing. We both had an amazing time. The staff was accommodating and super friendly. The food and drinks were amazing both at the club restaurant and at Sammy Rays. Amanda, Sydney, and Kourtney did an amazing job while we wined and dined. We stayed at the lodge and the rooms were very cozy, the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it with me. The rooms were very clean and well kept and the a/c was blowing nice and cold. One minor inconvenience was that a construction crew hit a water main a few hours before our check-in which meant the resort did not have water. That issue was resolved quickly and as I said, it was merely a minor inconvenience for us. The water was back on by 10pm that night. All around excellent experience besides that minor hiccup. We are definitely planning our next stay here when we are back in the area. "

"The house was so charming had everything we needed for our stay. Back porch looking out on lake was so.peaceful. Grandkids enjoyed the paddle boat,kayaks and 2 water parks close by. Was really a wonderday mini vacay for the family. Will definitely be back."

"The advertising picture shows a view straight to the lake when in reality, there is a house on that foundation directly blocking the view. The house was very old and outdated and there were crumbs left on the bed covers in the room with the bunk beds. I had to wash the sheets before my daughter would stay in there. The layout is very strange. There is no primary bedroom with an attached bathroom. There is a bedroom upstairs that looks like it was added on later and it stays very hot in that room no matter what you set the air to. The closets are all very dirty and very small and we had trouble with a lot of the doors all throughout the house. The hot tub was disgusting, therefore unusable. Another drawback was there was only one television in the whole house. It was WAY overpriced and the owner actually told me he gave me a discount because they had recently had a water leak and some of the sheetrock was still missing. Never again."
