We reserved room w 1 King bed and was given room with 2 doubles. Had to ask for room w king bed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, walls are thin and could hear the cackling witch across the hall all jight, and the air conditioner from upstairs sounded like they had a motorcycle in the room. Staff was apologetic and offered to switch rooms but had no other Kings available, they did say the room acroos was checking out and the room above they would not book if possible. There was that night of quiet sleep, so they kept that word. Cleanliness was mediocre, sheets stiff and itchy, and the pillow small square that can't be snuggled with and they eere hard. Cleaning dtaff was fast and did a good job with the somewhat rundown room. Not a place i would stay again.

Door keys did not work then found out door knob opened pulling up not down. Pillows were decorative not full size. Electrical plugs by bed were not usable, and there were no USB ports for easy phone charging. Wasn’t looking for a 5 star, but at least wanted to be able to charge my phone without having to set it on the floor.

Property was in a good location. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Rooms were nice and plenty of space. My only complaint was that for a King-sized bed, you were given four small pillows that must have been 12x12 inch in size. Never seen this before. Also, breakfast was excellent, but was exhausting at times, trying to find an employee who would serve you. Otherwise, I would recommend this place.

This was the most disgusting hotel stay I have ever had. The inside of the air vents were absolutely rancid, the floors were literally making our feet black. We had 4 rooms, in one the air didn’t work, in another the water in the shower wouldn’t turn on, the hallway door to the outside didn’t lock or latch and people sat and smoked right outside of it. The manager Vicky was horrible and rude and did nothing to help us.

This property is getting somewhat run down with the rooms apparently not well cleaned between guests. There was dirt and cobwebs in the corners. The carpet didn't invite bare feet for sure. We had a lot of trouble with adequate electrical output from room plugs. Insufficient to operate our iphone charging plugs anyway. Walls are thin enough that the tv in the next room was clearly audible. On the plus side the pool and hot tub were perfect and the breakfast was first rate While convenient for our needs I think we will stay elsewhere next time we are in Hemet.

I only stayed for a night and I prepaid and pre-checked in since I know I will be getting to the hotel late. There was plenty parking space and it’s free parking. There was a posted sign at the entrance door that they are sold out. The lady at the desk said that they are sold out but I told her I have a reservation. She gave me my room key which is just around the corner from the lobby. At first my key wasn’t working so she replaced it. When I got inside the room, I was so shocked and disappointed to see that the bed wasn’t made. I was so tired from a long drive and a long day and I have to go back and let the lady know that the bed wasn’t made and a mess. She went inside the room and saw and apologized to me. She said that luckily someone called and canceled their reservation so she’s going to give me the other room which is an upgrade to the one I originally got. The room replacement was nice and clean although the volume of the tv was a bit loud and the remote wasn’t working to turn down the volume. The free breakfast selections was very limited and wasn’t great either. The potatoes were over cooked. The waffle was good since you get to make it fresh. I wouldn’t go back to this property if I’m ever back in the area. The only good thing about the property is it’s across a shopping center.

Not out usual BW Plus experience.
We needed a place to stay while we looked in on some property we own in the area. Check-in seemed to take longer than usual but after a long day of travel we got to our room. Breakfast the next morning was just OK. Food that should have been hot was warm and the server seemed to be annoyed that we were there.

Always a nice place to stay! Rooms are always clean and stocked! Only recommend bringing snacks, no vending machines and front desk is expensive and limited on drinks.

Was given a wheelchair accessible room for some reason so the bed was very very low to the floor and very uncomfortable. A few of the pillows had visible stains. Stains on the chair. The shower had no curb so water got everywhere when used and had to use most of the towels to dry up mess. Super thin walls, could hear ppl slamming doors and TVs all night. Room had funky smell
