Excellent place to get away!

beautiful and quiet! Exactly what i needed. The property has everything you need and the owner is personally involved and communicates very well! Great hiking spots nearby and the little Main Street downtown area has great shops and restaurants.

The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was the perfect place for our family to spend a relaxed, stress free holiday together. The view from the balcony was fabulous and made early morning coffee even more enjoyable.

Almost heaven!

This mountainside cabin is without a doubt, one of the finest secrets on the Vrbo site… Jason the owner was the perfect host and everything was better than described online… From the moment we arrived till the day we sadly had to leave it was one of the best retreats, the person could ever desire… The home is immaculate. It is extremely well provisioned. The view is to die for and it is a quiet solitude.

Relaxing Escape

My Husband and I took a quick kid-free getaway to this cozy cabin and it was exactly what we needed. The view was beautiful and we were able to enjoy some time in downtown Blue Ridge due to its close proximity. Jason was an amazing & attentive host. The cabin is well stocked with anything you would need plus more. It was clean and decorated with thoughtfulness and the perfect cabin feel! We enjoyed our time immensely!

Perfect Getaway

Its a beautiful cabin! Went for july 4th vacation and had a blast. Unfortunately there was a small power cut for a few minutes but it was right when the fireworks started so didn't really matter but owner was very informative and texted us immediately about the issue which was resolved within minutes. Amazing cabin experience!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the blue ridge mountains. Sitting around the fireplace and relaxing with the beautiful view was exactly what we needed. Our kids enjoyed the visit and felt at home. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal! Thank you!

Golden Vista Cabin

This home is a gorgeous cabin tucked away in Morganton which is only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The place was impeccable with everything you could want in a vacation home. If your looking for somewhere to get away from it all and enjoy peaceful surroundings but also feel the comforts of home, this is truly the place to stay so we highly recommend it. My husband and I will come back :-)

Cozy Christmas Cabin

Arrived to a cozy Christmas cabin decorated to perfection. We didn’t want to leave. Great place for relaxing if you want a quiet getaway but is located close to many options for venturing out. Cabin was very clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you need. Jason went above and beyond as a host. Great experience all around. We will be back.

Perfect Get away

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary celebration! It was perfect, relaxing and a peaceful place for us! The cabin is so inviting, beautifully decorated and well equipped with absolutely everything we needed except for our clothes and groceries! The owners have done an amazing job in ensuring their guests have everything they need for their stay. You will not be disappointed with this cabin! It exceeded our expectations and the owners communication was spot on.

Perfect weekend getaway

I would like to start off with saying that this is one of the most well kept properties we have ever stayed at. Not to mention it was also the most well stocked home we have ever stayed at. The views from the back of the house make you want to spend your entire stay outside. Jason was an excellent host who communicated with us upon arrival to ensure we had everything that we needed. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend and we cannot wait to do come back!

The home is everything I hoped for in a mountain cabin getaway. It rained all weekend, but it didn't matter! We soaked in the hot tub that was sheltered from the rain, enjoyed the expansive collection of movies, slept peacefully in the extremely comfortable bed, and sipped Scotch overlooking the woody vista. Jason is an excellent communicator and host. My wife and I can't wait to come back! Oh, and the Christmas decorations were great!

Cabin was as advertised. Clean, fully stocked with all the essentials, nice view, + extra touches with firewood in the fire pit, nice hot tub. Struggling to find anything to point at being subpar- only suggestion would be to get a tv for the main floor/sitting area. Overall great value for $, organized and helpful information from the host.

Rest and relax

The best way for me to summarize our 4 night stay is, we didn't want to go back home. Usually we are ready to get home after being away for 4 nights but I can honestly say that my wife and I both agreed that we could have stayed for weeks if I had the vacation time. You won't find a better host than Jason. He takes pride in the ownership of this cabin and it shows. All the great things people have said in past reviews are true. I usually don't take the time to submit reviews, but this was a cabin worth telling people about. Every night and morning we sat on the porch just staring at the mountain range and enjoying the total peace and quiet. The cabin was immaculate and we will be coming back to stay at this particular cabin again. Thank you Jason for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

A mountain paradise

I took my 2 sons, ages 12 & 15, to this BEAUTIFUL cabin in the mountains for a little get away. I was blown away by the cleanliness and beauty of the property. The owner, Jason, called me the night that I got there to check on everything and make sure that we arrived safely. I told him that I was going to take my sons whitewater rafting and he immediately looked up options for me and text me links...what an incredible host! There were so many amenities including books, games, movies, firepit (wood is furnished), to many places to just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Just at the end of the road is a gorgeous lake that we went fishing on. My son even caught a fish and we ate it! Thank you Jason for an unforgettable trip!!!
