"The experience of this stay was ruined because I chose to book using this site. After amending my dates a little more than a week ahead, the hotel insisted on charging me for dates I wasn’t there. It is entirely the fault of this site, Truly ruined the experience of this otherwise AMAZING hotel. Very clean, very spacious, and great amenities! Really enjoyed the room and the cleanliness.
