"We did an overlay for a night before driving to Margaret River here as our flight arrived in Perth late. Was a very wise decision as we got a good rest for the night with the apartment being so close to the airport and a 24 hours reception. The apartment was very clean and it was extremely spacious (so unpacking for one night we had space to just open our luggages and kept them open for easy access and packing to leave the next day. Overall an excellent choice if u are going to somewhere else from Perth and just need a quick one night rest before the long drive the next day."

"The room was cheap and adequate for a night. There's noise until midnight from the bar downstairs but that was expected. The bathroom was well stocked add the room was very clean. One of the chairs in the balcony needs to be replaced as it's broken. The only thing that we wish it could be improved was the process to recover items left behind. The cleaning team and the booking team are somewhat disconnected and we weren't able to recover two things left behind. We don't blame the hotel for our oversight, but it would have been great to be able to recover these items when we called at 11am. Just one hour after the required check out time."

"Beautiful clear room with everything it described, the kitchen was small but had everything you needed plus a coffee pod machine which I wasn't expecting. The bed (King) was that comfortable, it was two king singles joined together by the bottom sheet only and you felt every tiny movement your partner made, so we didn't have a very good sleep. All the staff we meet were very friendly and helpful"

"Mixed experience: Great anniversary touch but let down by noise and service gaps We stayed at the Pan Pacific Perth for our 20th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, the reception staff gave us a lovely complimentary room upgrade, which we deeply appreciated and made for a great start to our trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. However, our stay was disrupted by a few notable issues. On Thursday morning, we were woken up by loud, heavy banging from the floor above that lasted for about half an hour, sounding like furniture being moved. We attempted to report this to reception immediately by phone, but the call went unanswered after multiple tries, so we eventually gave up. Additionally, we experienced a minor maintenance issue with the in-room technology. The TV remote control had no functioning volume control. Every time we turned the television on, it would default to zero sound, which became quite frustrating. Overall, the property is clean and the check-in service was highly attentive, but the missed phone calls during a noise disruption and the faulty remote control pulled our experience down to an average stay. It is a good property, but management needs to ensure room electronics are fully checked and that front-desk communication remains responsive to guests in their rooms."
