Note: there is no lift so you need to consider luggage if staying here. The room could do with an upkeep, deep clean and repairs (no hot water in kitchen, tap falling off in shower, curtain track partially off wall and curtains jammed) but it was nothing that really impacted our stay as we were there to visit family. The room overall was large and had full size kitchen though dishes were left out in drying rack in sink. Towels only were refreshed during our stay and I do not believe the room was serviced at all. This hotel could be fantastic place if some life was put back into it and rooms were properly maintained. It is in a great location with supermarket behind the premises, bakery and other stores across the road. The public transport - bus is right outside to take you into downtown Perth or up to Morley.
