"Property is close to the airport, dining, groceries. Check in was easy. Beautiful view from spacious balcony. We didn't end up cooking, but if we did, the only improvement i would recommend is fry pans. Refrigerator is clean and large, more than we needed. Beds were comfortable. We wish we booked more nights to enjoy beautifull sunset and plenty of dining options. Highly recommend this place."

"Very excited to stay in such a nice apartment on 6th floor. Due to street detours it was a bit difficult to manuver to the building. Place was clean, could've used a few more curtain panels to completely cover the windows.It would have been nice to have instructions for the coffee maker. Overall enjoyed our stay."

"What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. "

There were a few rules that we were not used to seeing, but it could be because it is on the college side of Orlando. Overall, it was good place to stay and served its purpose.served the purpose "
