Convenient and bright Cross Trail Vacation Getaway!
10/10 Excellent
"This was a cozy and great place to stay for two people in Sitka! Having your own kitchen was great as well as your own laundry (washer and dryer unit) which was a plus and became super handy during rainy days. It was very close to the airport, town, post office and fire station. It was nearby tons of trails and worked out perfectly for us. There were also cooking and cleaning essentials included, which was nice. The hosts were also very helpful and patient with my questions. We are looking forward to visiting again :) Highly recommend!"

Turner Guest House: 1 BR, 1 BA Apartment in Sitka, Sleeps 4
10/10 Excellent
"Turner guest apartment was a great find in Sitka, Alaska. It’s in a small neighborhood, sits up a bit, so the view of the cove was really nice. The patio area has a nice view too. The grounds around the house very beautiful. They have one bedroom with queen bed, nice bedding, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom, so if you have anyone sleeping out on the sofa bed, they have to come into the bedroom to get to the bathroom and shower. You will need a car, as the apartment is a few miles from town. Once you get into Sitka, it is a great walkable town. Tons of hiking trails, really nice locals, scenic water views, raptor center, bear rescue, fishing, brewery, shopping, science center gives you plenty to do. The apartment is exceptional for the cost per night. Christine very easy to communicate with, and very responsive. She is clearly very experienced in managing properties. The only negative was you could hear the people above you walking on their floor."
