« The property location was perfect for the reason for our trip. Studio itself was clean and had a great setup. Wifi speed was excellent. The bed was big enough and comfortable, especially for me having a bad back. Only a couple of cons but not enough to make me not recommend or come back. First one is the couch is not comfortable or very big and second there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom, so I had to dry my hair elsewhere. The desk beside the couch was a perfect place to do my makeup...

« The studio apartment is cute and located on a decent part of town. Clean and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 1 child. Our only complaints were the bed is very uncomfortable and the neighbors upstairs stomping around all ours of the night. A few stetchy people hanging around the outside of our building but overall Ryan was great and attentive. »

« Very nice property. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness is because as soon as you walk in, you can smell marijuana/cigarette smoke. Whoever was there last obviously smoked in there because I saw loose tobacco on the couch. Other than that, again very nice. Great location. No issues with neighbors, and the amenities for the apartment were great. »

« We had a great weekend at this property. We had plenty of room for us, my son and his wife and two minor children. We made Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday and had a duralog in the fireplace on Saturday evening and also Sunday morning. The host was very responsive and cooperative. There are no closets in which to hang clothes but lots of dressers instead. It is upstairs but not a problem. And dog friendly. My sons dog was present and she enjoyed her stay too. There is an awesome washer and dryer...
