"Nice based, park fab. Wasn't told you could only half 45 mins in the pool a day. Were we stayed, I found dirty tissue under the bed. Fridge had no milk door holders, over freezing in fridge, cooker keep shortcut out. Cooker keep smoking setting fire alarm off. The site it's self was nice friendly. My lodging need a new mircowave, was badly rusted as well. Owners need to update it. Can't be cooking in that or the oven for small children going. Cleaners need to do a better job."

"Unfortunately we had to leave our accommodation two days earlier than planned. The property felt damp, although clean it smelt damp, the bedding did not feel clean nor did it smell fresh. I note from the previous comments that this is not the first time this has been mentioned, so it is a shame that nothing seems to have been done about it. It was extremely disappointing as our intention was to spend time with our grandchildren who live in Helston, but my husband's health situation could not...

"Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience. "

"Highly recommended the hotel. The environment of the hotel is excellent and comfortable. The room is clean and tidy. My child like the playground and I enjoy the view around. Plenty of free parking space which is very convenient. The breakfast nearby is also wonderful and hotel resident got 10%off. We had a dinner in the hotel restaurant as well. The seafood skewer is very nice. No discount for residents though. "

"This property is absolutely wonderful, just steps away from the beach. My two children \[4 and 1.5\] absolutely loved their time in Hayle. The property is family friendly — cot, high chair, and baby gate provided. A convenient store is right down the street along with a few restaurants and bars. There is also a perfect little farm 3 miles away – Trevaskis Farm. We picked strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, visited the animals, and enjoyed a Sunday roast. I highly recommend this outing if you have little ones. Andy is also a superb host — we needed quick directions when we arrived \[got lost on foot!\] and also had an issue with the dishwasher. Andy was courteous and responsive. I felt that he cared about our time and that he made it a priority to make us feel looked after. 10/10!If you are looking to get away with your family to simply rest and go to the beach, this is the place!"

"We had the most gorgeous stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, well equipped and the perfect location. Close to shops (Lidl, Asda etc) and a short drive from beaches and the train station for St Ives. Five of us stayed comfortably here and the host was excellent with communication for any queries we had. We only had slight issues with parking as the road is so narrow and were worried about blocking paths, but most residential streets are like that in this area. We would love to come back!"
