« I booked this property 6 months before my trip and Ivana the owner host was responsive to messages and helpful answering my questions. I never received checking in info so i contacted the seller via the app and the phone number given. No reply and no return calls. I turned up to the property on the day of booked arrival and found the apartment is above a business. I spoke to the kady called Ivana that worked there but she didnt know about my booking. She confirmed she owned the apartments but...

« The mattress was good and the bathroom was clean. However, I got an electric shock on the kettle in the kitchen first thing. The plumbing is very noisy & this lasts all night long. The stairs are not clean. The en-suite bathroom is tiny with a faulty door. »

« Lovely room. The shower cubicle was a bit small, but the shower was good, although no heating in the shower room. The room was accessed via two flights of narrow stairs. Breakfast was reasonable, but could do with yogurt and fresh fruit with the cereals. No offer of separate toast..one piece provided with the breakfast. No jams or marmalade on offer either. The main meals and menu gor dinnrr was excelent »
