"Well located to transport, major attractions and good buffet breakfast."

"Liked the excellent location near the Opera House and other major attractions. The large room with two beds is also a positive point. The staff helpful, and attentive. The negative points are three : the bad illumination at the elevators and the hall in front of them. Its too dark. One cannot forget that this is a classy hotel and not a suspicious night club. The breakfast at the week end was poor mainly with few choices of fresh fruits. Disgusting was when at the check out the porter called a taxi for the airport and the price was much above the normal fare. Despite asked the driver didn't use the meter. Porter scam with taxi drivers ???"

"Absolutely LOVE this hotel. The staff were super friendly. From the minute you walk in, there is a vibe and everyone is smiling. The hallways are cool too with how the lights are lined around like a tunnel. The rooftop bar is incredible as is the entire staff up there too! This will ALWAYS be my go to hotel when I am in Vienna - perfect location and its super quiet. Thank you for a great stay"

"Great location, near a metro and bus station. Bed was very comfy and I liked the jug with tea in the room, and there was a supermarket nearby as well. But the rest of the stay wasn’t amazing. The AC wouldn’t turn off, the shower was broken so I had to wait for a maintenance person to fix it (and turn the AC off manually in the ceiling), the front desk staff were not especially friendly. The stay was fine though and a good price for Vienna."

"I had to go down to the desk twice to have my safe fixed before I could go to sleep after an international flight that left me exhausted. (And I let them know that I needed sleep.) Still I waited over an hour before going down the second time. I finally got into bed when the technician came back because he'd apparently just received the second message - I was not pleased. Also, they only have air conditioning during the warmer months, so it was too warm to sleep comfortably."

"The hotel is close to 2 tube stations and 2 large supermarkets.The room was spacious and clean. Loved everything especially the coffee station on the 3rd floor..used it everyday also the bar which also used daily. the bar was so welcoming and comfortable. A big shout out to Alina,Laura and Timo who were so friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome on every visit..they really made us want to visit the bar daily. Highly recommended"
