« Very poor experience. It seemed as though the front desk was only helpful to male customers. The bathroom exhaust fan was not operational. There was food in fridge from the previous guests. The bathroom mirror was so dirty i had to try to clean it. My son could not use the pool as the water had a disgusting film over the top. Don't bother trying to call the front desk either....gotta walk down and talk in person. That's how and when it was very clear that since I was woman the man had treated...

« The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming! »

« Terriblement bruyant : les climatisations, un bruit de fond permanent, une insonorisation inexistante entre les chambres, ascenseur qui occupe la moitié de la chambre. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, nous nous sommes entendu dire : c'est celle que vous avez réservée !!!! Depuis quand pouvons nous réserver un numéro de chambre sur hotel.com ??!!
