On a eu une chambre avec baignoire jacouzzi, très appreciable. le seul bemol est qu'il n'est pas très bien isolé et on entendait un peu la route. « The staff are lovely and helpful. I did not think the room we had could be classed as superior because the bed has an old fashioned type of mattress which is not comfortable. For a superior room I was expecting a bigger more comfortable bed. We could not open the window at night because it is very low down and wild life could easily get through at night. The buffet breakfast is quite basic, there were no croissants or pastries of any kind. The location is absolutely beautiful . The staff are...

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been...

« Nobody there... We received an email saying we should contact them if we thought coming in after 21h00\. The same is said on the hotels.com app. We came in at 19h30\. There was nobody to give us our room. Nobody answered the doorbell. Nobody answered the téléphone. We tried to contact someone to give us a room for 45 min, then, with no life signs from anyone, we switched hotel. »

« Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre propre, literie confortable, équipements pratiques (bouilloire, thé/café, pas besoin d’adaptateur UK), petit déjeuner complet et excellente localisation. Le personnel est sympathique mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut passer par une borne ou un téléphone alors qu’il est présent. Cela fait un peu impersonnel. Points à améliorer : fermetures de porte très bruyantes et nuisances sonores la nuit. Un rappel (affiche...) pour le calme entre 22h et 7h...

« The room was really clean. Bath was updated and loved the towel warmer. The rooms could use an update, down-side was is was really dark. More lamps or brighter bulbs would be appreciated. The dining area has great food, we had a dinner and two breakfasts. The full English was more than my husband could eat. All in all a delightful stay. »

"Breakfast had some nice elements, like the apple tarts, different nice jam selections, and the blueberry muffins. The croissants were dry and not tasty. The bread was cheap and less interesting. The parking is expensive, and their logic unreasonable to charge only those who didn't book through their site. By the way, no shower in our room... a bit 19th century, I think. Mattresses could be firmer. SO many pillows available, it would be a waste to do all that laundry, and changer trash bin bags just for the little trash that was in them. Not eco-friendly. The rest was positive, as per my ratings."

"Véritable coup de cœur pour ce bel hôtel avec un très bel emplacement sur Cambridge à proximité de tout en plein centre ville. Très propre, literie incroyable et jolie décoration moderne et épurée, nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans cet apparaîtra. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine équipée qui est vraiment petite mais efficace. Nous n’avions pas vraiment cuisiné mais y avait tout ce qu’il faut sur place si besoin. L’ambiance et musique très sympa dans les parties commune et le personnel accueillant rendent vraiment l’endroit très cosy et on s’y sent à l’aise. Nous reviendrons sûrement si jamais nous reviendrons à Cambridge et j’espère que les prix resteront abordables "
