"Beautiful traditional hotel, full of character and history with incredible staff. Love the sea view, the indoor and outdoor pools and the full 5* service. Great food at the Garden restaurant, and excellent breakfast. There is a reason why this was my 10th stay! Only thing that slightly lets things down is the service in the evening at the bar, which (whilst being very friendly) is slow and always has been - so leave a bit of extra time for your cocktail!"

The room was a good size, and a decent price - but as wih many of these big, old properties, it's worn & tired. It was cleaned well, and plenty of space."
