"Room was ok. But the hallway, elevator, reeked of weed. The same situation when we stayed here last year. I assumed it was bad luck, but no! Same situation this year. I reported this to the front desk staff who basically shrugged and said he’d spray some deodorizer. This despite the no smoking signs posted prominently at the from desk. Very frustrating. Breakfast was terrible….everything was white, white bread, sugar cereal, waffles. No protein, or fruit etc. . Needless to say we will not be staying at this property again. Oh….the parking was fine. "

"I was given a second room after raising concerns about the first, but unfortunately the second room was even worse. Both rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and had stained sheets. I left immediately and did not stay overnight. I ended up driving 6 minutes to Spark by Hilton Wilkes-Barre and booking another room at 2 AM. The refusal to provide a refund after this experience was extremely disappointing."

"Evening staff was awesome..... Woke up and realized I had slept in a bed that had not had the sheets changed and apparently a dog had slept in it..... Gave me the heebie jeebies..... But they fully refunded my stay. So for that I am grateful"

"Room was clean, plenty of parking, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, but I would prefer a larger variety like scrambled eggs sausage and hash browns."
