Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater Tours and Activities

The room was clean and comfortable. The Tavern food and staff were great. Front desk was very friendly. The only issue I had was, on my last morning around 0830 house keeping attempted to enter my room. I hadn’t put on the do not disturb sign, but I told them I was still in the room and sleeping. She attempted two more times to enter before 1100 check out. The last time, yelling through the door “what time are you leaving”. My morning was very disruptive and pretty frustrating.

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

Amazing stay!! A little rough to park and no fresh brewed coffee but overall an amazing stay! Very helpful front desk!
