Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. Being a basement apartment made it difficult to rest due to host up doing construction or something quite early ior late 4 a.m. however you look at the situation. Hot tub was on the upstairs deck which wasn’t very private even though there were curtains on either end. The house windows were still available to be seen by anyone who chanced to look. The owner lives upstairs and you stay in the lower level of the cabin. The owner is very nice but we weren’t expecting to share the property. There were no pots/pans to cook with, the bed was maybe a double for size. The water smelled like sulfur. There was a litter box in the bathroom and that as a first for a rental. The hot tub and grill were on his deck above the rental.So it wasn’t something we would normally rent. We let him keep the money but we left and did not stay. ##### Sarah F.
