No towels in our room and we had to go back down the stairs and around to the office after we carried all of our stuff up to the 2nd floor. Then the front desk person didn't believe us and said there should be towels in our room. There was not, he finally gave us towels and a few Styrofoam cups to use for water. Trash pickup on a Sunday at 5:30 in the morning. Faucet in the bathroom dripped and toilet paper holder fell off the wall. If you are expecting a swanky hotel, move on. This is a clean, affordable and convenient motel along the 127 yardsale route! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and convenient. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there are lots of close dining option. The only thing decent about our stay was the quick check-in because it was mainly on-line and the staff was nice enough. Other than that, the room was terrible, with fixtures misting or broken, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. I might as well have been sleeping on a futon mattress. Checked in to rm 228 a room with 2 beds for 4 guests. Walked in to 1 towel for 4 of us and stained wash cloth. Spider crawling in the bath tub spout. 8 extra rolls of toilet paper but not enough towels for all guests. Upon asking front desk for towels we were refused towels because our friends staying in room 226 also with 4 guests got the extra towels so we couldn't get any. She said if you want towels go in the laundry rm and wash the towels and take them. Front desk was a horribly rude lady who said take the toilet paper rolls and roll yourself in it and accused us of lying about having not enough towels in the room. We even told her to come check out rm but she never bothered. Said to go call Expedia and tell them and check out since we paid a cheap low discounted rate. Wash cloth has a dirty black stain and looked like it was not washed. Toilet has a stain in it like it was not washed. Room key stopped working around 12 am and went back down to her to get the key fixed and she was rude. Asked her for a list of amenities the room should have and she said i don't know, then asked her name and she said i don't know and she walked away. Rude person with no communication skills and should be fired. Don't stay here - take your business somewhere else!
