"Bathroom had hair all over everywhere. Ice bucket I had to clean before putting ice in it. The front desk man just kept talking down to me. Told me my deposit I might not get back when they clean my room and say I was smoking in there. I don’t smoke I quit 12 years ago. When I asked for clean towels I was told to go find the cleaning lady. I couldn’t even get toilet paper from him. I asked for towels for the pool area I was told that the towels stay in there and don’t take them out of the pool room. There was no towels in there. And I wasn’t allowed to take a towel from my room in the pool area. I will not book another room with that hotel again. Also sheets on the bed had black spots all over it. Also the breakfast was not good both days the potatoes was hard you couldn’t chew them. "

"Parking was awful. Had to park In The garage then walk a block in the road with luggage and no sidewalk late at night in sketchy part of town Asked staff where the ice machine was and couldn’t tell me where it was. Light bulb went out in room Bathroom was so dark couldn’t see anything "
