Door steps to all types restaurants of local and international cuisines, Whole Foods Market, Safeway, BC Liquor Store. Walking distance (5-10 minutes) to English Bay, Stanley Park, Coal Harbour Seawall and a few major hotels which often hosts massive events and conferences.
The space
The townhouse consists of 3 floors with a 380sf private rooftop patio. The complex is gated with a secured underground parking garage. One free parking stall is included during your stay.

First floor contains the bedrooms, bathroom, and the washer dryer room.
Second floor is the main floor featuring the living and dining space.
Third floor (exclusive patio) is the highlight, where you can step out for a breathe of fresh air and enjoy the sunshine!

You will have access to the entire townhouse suite, featuring an exclusive private rooftop patio. A parking stall is also provided for one (1) vehicle during your stay.
