"Positives include nice clean room, good heat/ventilation, and well maintained grounds. Negatives included a shower with only half a door (and a hole in that half, by design) that left the bathroom floor flooded, a location that was a bit further from the National Park than optimal, and the thing that really spoiled the vibe - The property has a nice dining room. All the promotional literature, the main foyer signage, and the online info say dinner is served at 4 pm. We arrived hungry at 4:45 pm and were told the dining room didn't open 'til 5 pm. We went to the bar to wait and had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member who might have been joking but made us feel uncomfortable. So we left and went to the Gateway Family Diner (very close by on the same property - just 2 buildings down). We recommend you do the same."

"This was the worst hotel or place I've ever stayed for any length of time in my life. Front desk guy was rude as hell. Hung up the phone on me when asking the wifi password. Told me the password when I called back. He wouldn't specify what letters were upper case and what was lower case in the password. He got frustrated and told me to come to the main lobby, just because I was informing him the password didn't work. Because he didn't tell me the first letter was capitalized. There were candy wrappers in the place. The main light switch didn't work. Then, one lamp, it WOULD turn on, but it wouldn't turn off. I had to sleep with the lights on. The vending machines were empty and only took bills and coins, no card. The entire place should be demolished and a homeless shelter should be built in its place"
