"This is a great lake home in a beautiful and peaceful location. The house was very well equipped for a relaxing stay. The lake levels are very low due to dam repairs so getting to the water required some walking on the rocks. The fishing off the shore was still excellent and fun. "

We enjoyed the river on the property and the property owners have chickens & turkeys, and allowed for us to bring our 2 dogs, who also enjoyed the whole property. "

"There was plenty of parking but that is the extent of the pluses. The person who checked me in did not code the key card properly so that was the first thing. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had an acne sticker fused to the sheet. There was a spot of blood on the sheet as well. The water was very hot in the sink but just a little over warm in the shower. The shower head needs replacing or the water pressure is just terrible but all it did was a little more than a trickle. We went down for breakfast, there was no meat. They had scrambled eggs, biscuits and a powdered gravy. There was a pancake machine but they came out very flat and barely warm enough to melt the butter. The oj was bitter and they seemed to shut off the machine around 9am. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"Everything was splendid. The cabin, the amenities, the hot tub, the privacy, the lake.... We did not want for anything other than food, beverages, bait and tackle. The fishing was a lot of fun and kept us pretty busy. The host was super responsive, helpful, friendly, and cares about the visitors. We had a great time and look forward to returning."

"This is a very nice property in small-town Kentucky. It's clean, easy to access up one flight of outside stairs, has good parking, and is private. Requirements for checking out are easily accomplished. Recommend."
