"The hotel is lovely - the adults only pool is awesome with food and beverage service. My only minor complaint - and I am guessing it is because we were there mid-week - is that a lot of food options were closed. The primary restaurant off the lobby was even closed for a "private event" - most of the stuff in the food court was closed - really left us only the option of the sports bar - which was fine - as long as you just wanted a burger. "

"The communication of the host was very good! Wish we were able to check in before 4PM. I was in touch with the rental agent the day of when our plane landed and she never got back to me. However, she did provide the access code earlier that day. The location was excellent - very close to our friends. I didn’t see the fire pit that was mentioned in the yard - not that we were going to use it. Having the garage was helpful as it poured down rain one day and I have currently have mobility issues. I would stay there again and recommend for those who want to be close to airport and Punta Gorda downtown. "

Tons of space including two full lanai's which allowed our two families to enjoy their privacy as needed. Highly recommended this outstanding property!"

"Tom was a great Host. He responded to e-mail quickly. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Three TV's. We had a couple issues with the pool. Those issues were resolved by the host and the pool was back in use. The neighborhood was very walkable, safe and friendly. "
