Location was ideal, just of the highway, 4k to city centre, on arriving very tired fish and chip store only 2 doors away and then after a long day at Sovreign Hill the next day just 8 doors the other way to the pub. Very clean. I certainly recommend this property. »

« It looks like the host lives in the house every day, other than when she has a booking. Her personal stuff and clutter is everywhere in the house. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. Personal phone numbers stuck onto kitchen wall, eg Service Australia, disputes centre, aged care help. Personal family photos all over the place including...

« A beautifully designed and appointed apartment with lovely homely touches such as a loaf of fresh bread waiting on arrival, chocolate biscuits, milk and breakfast provisions for the morning. The apartment offered quality linen and was very clean. The location was very convenient, 5 mins by car to CBD and lake. Lovely coffee shop and bookshop nearby. Would highly recommend. We are grateful for having such a lovely place to stay - it made our visit to Ballarat so enjoyable. Thankyou. »
