« Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue rivière et balcon. À notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre vue piscine. Le but de l’hôtel étant de voir un maximum les éléphants. Apres réclamation au début la responsable conteste. Puis on lui montre et explique que les prix sont bien différents d’une chambre à l’autre. Elle nous propose donc une chambre 4 personnes avec vue rivière. Nous n’avions pas besoin de ça mais il ne restait plus que cette chambre en vue rivière. La chambre n’était pas...

A part ce désagrément, incompatible avec la qualité affichée de cet établIssement, avis positif, personnel charmant. Une recommandation, éditer des plans des ballades à pieds à faire seuls, aux alentours. »

"Chambre belle sur photo mais manque d’amour et d’entretien. On a commander à la chambre et cela a pris 2 heures se faire servir. Nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe et ils nous ont pas donné la bonne chambre (chambre moins luxueuse) et ils ont même pas voulu nous rembourser la différence. "
