The carpet in the room didn't seem to have been vacuumed as there was debris everywhere. The base trim was peeling. My toilet backed up on the first use. And I have had a coffee maker in literally every hotel room I have stayed at in my adult life. I always appreciate the ability to make hot water on demand in my room. It was an unexpected disappointment that there was no coffee maker in the room. I wouldn't want to stay here again unless it was my only option. Not what I would have expected from my experience with other Best Western properties."

Radiator never stopped running altho thermostat was off...had to open the window to cool the room. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly. Great neighborhood. Maybe we just got a bad room..."
