Nice, updated apartment in a very good location within the Old Quarter. Kitchen is susceptible to ants so just don’t leave any food sitting out. Shower and beds were comfortable and clean! Quiet despite the busy neighborhood.

We were a family of four, 2 adults and 2 young children. Safety was of utmost importance to us. Balcony had high railings and doors can be kept locked. The gates come down at midnight and there were cctvs everywhere. Reception was always staffed. Self laundry on the top floor made it really easy for us to pack light, plus point as the kids had fresh clean clothings daily! Location was great, it was pleasant and walkable if you visit in the winter or spring. There were nearby cafes to chill since coffee’s a must when you’re in Vietnam. Mini marts were perhaps 100m walk away. Service was top notch, excellent communication from the team. We had another booking with them at another building and they made it so easy with complimentary luggage transfer. My child left his magnet on the fridge and they kept it for him too! To be completely transparent, the bath railings showed had some rust and it would be great if the team could look into that. All in all, great value for the price paid!

It was a perfect stay Great location, close to the heart of the old quarter , so very quiet which is a blessing , As it’s very crowded a few streets away ! Wonderful helpful staff👍🙏
