Hotel is literally falling apart. Many of the windows were shattered making parking spots a careful choice. They had lost all reservations a month ago so had to take the closest available room. Seemed as though many people were living in the hotel. Cheap, but not worth it.

We have one that is broken on the inside up on 3rd floor from moving furniture, but no others. And it especially doesn’t pose a safety threat to anyone or cars.

The staff was very nice and the beds were comfy, but we didn’t get maid service. We had to ask for extra towels. Also the TV never worked. We asked several times about the tv and the front desks person said it was the weather. Nope that wasn’t it. We didn’t have any weather. I will not stay at this play again.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The floors and comforter were dirty. There was no battery in the smoke detector. I was gaging on cigarette smoke all evening. As soon as I opened the door from inside the room, all I smelled was smoke from the room right across the hall. I'm guessing that was the reason the smoke alarm battery was removed. Do not stay at this hotel. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else. I chose the cheapest place because I was only staying a few hours but I regret that choice immensely.

Smelled horrible both in the elevator and in the room. Had to go buy air freshener in order to be able to stand to be in the room. Halls were dirty with trash bags sitting around at all hours, not just while room service was cleaning. There were hairs in the sheets and in the bathroom. Bathroom sink did not drain. Fridge in the room did not work. Office chair at the desk in the room and the chair in the room had rips and tears in them. Ratty looking.

The room was very clean and pleasant. The negative was that the refrigerator made annoying noises all night. The sink drain was slow draining. The shower water temperature was impossible to regulate; it was extremely hot or cold.

I'd stay again as one of the affordable hotels in Quincy, but it's definitely a disappointing experience to stay here. Marijuana and cigarettes smells abound in hallways, and pet urine smell in the room. The room is reasonably clean yet worn and stains can be found. Quiet enough though there are sounds of traffic from the street. Several restaurants and Hy-Vee nearby, literally next door. No breakfast included. Shower is good and bed is comfortable.

When I booked it said I was gonna have a rate of $79 and when I got here they charged me $150. Tv didn't work AC was junk This place was in no way worth $150

I was thankful for an inexpensive place to stay.
There seemed to be some intimidating people hanging around outside that concerned me a little.
This property was disgusting. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforters and the room smelt like a dirty fish bowl. When we advised the hotel staff of the condition of the room, they simply replied “ok”. Would not recommend.

Staff was nice but did not have the breakfast and did not look like on the pictures we saw
My room had no light bulbs and the refrigerator did not work. Towels had streaks of dirt in them. Bathroom floor was very sticky. Window did not have a screen.

It's was very dirty n unsafe windows broken no smoke detectors working all missing n broken blood n hair n smoke holes on all linen n chairs are broken wit wood n medal exposed hair n sink n toilets linking water n the whole hotel has mold n mildew n smells horrible n hard to breathe n sleep n owner Shi Patels knows bout all these issues he offered a credit n I paid for king size room it was very unsafe for anyone

Hotel hallways reaps of cigarette smoke, not good for someone with allergies, staff was sampling vapor behind the front desk. In a good nite, Staff was polite. The Hotel looks like a fancy motel. It definitely should not be call Quincy Inn and Suites. Quincy Motel is more fitting. Disappointing stay, glad it was only one night

Was a decent place to stay for the night. It was supposed to be non smoking and you could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. But other than that, I'd recommend staying there.

When we arrived, we had absolutely no hassle in terms of our reservation!! The clerk wes kind and professional. It took literally five minutes and we had our key to the room!! The thing that I noticed when I walked in the door was the clerks very large, bright smile! The room was clean and up to date. The other members of the staff did not disappoint either!! They were all friendly and helpful! I would choose this hotel when I return to Quincy. I have family there and I am four hours away. So it's a very good chance that I will be a repeat customer!! And I will promote your hotel to all of my friends and family!!!
