Review on Hotel Genting Star Hangzhou
The hotel is very basic in terms of amenities. Transport very convenient cos mrt station is about 200m away from hotel. Opposite hotel is Hangzhou North Bus Station.

it was good to stay and was close to the subway station and the guy there looks really cool.

Great if you are on a budget
Conveniently located near the South long distance bus station. Many local buses outside near the hotel you can take to the attractions. Many cheap food around near the hotel and near the bus station. The price seem to be more expensive during the on Fridays and Saturday compare to Sunday to Thursday. The rooms are clean enough with 2 towels per day and you get unlimited refill of drinking water. However, the washrooms collects water on the floor because the vinyle flooring was done unevenly. Better if you have an extra pair of dry slipper and an extra towel to wipe your feet from the wet washroom floor. The staffs are friendly but with very little English. Great price for 2 people with private washroom for the price of youth hostel, but don't expect much except the basic. If you want more luxuary pay higher price for a better hotel.

Cheap but not near any restaurants
The hotel's actually quite far away from all the touristic places in Hangzhou and at least 15 minutes walk to any restaurants. Room is very small and was a little noisy since it's close to the bus station. AC in th room is centrally controlled, and it wasn't on mostly, was just basically a fan blowing at room temperature.

Well, it's very dirty...my room had a yellow stain in the bathroom (that would not wash off) and an unavoidable bad odor. neighborhood wasn't the best, not much to eat. but you can't complain much as the price is real good.

budget hotel close to subway
This hotel is near to subway therefore is a plus point. The service staff is friendly and helpful. Drinking water is available all time in each floor. However, the room is small and shower is quite cramped.

房間空調嚴重不足.
房間空調嚴重不足.中央空調只能保持室內温度30C.欲打開窗口,但窗口很細,鮮風也進不到房間.房間清楚不佳,非吸煙房間滿是二手煙味.

交通便利
地下鉄の駅からも近く、南バスターミナルに近いので、市内、長距離ともバスの便は良いです。 また、バス停近くにコンビニ、食事をするところもあります。 Genting Star(云頂之星)はどこも同じようですが、アメニティはバスタオル以外ないので、自分で準備しておく必要があります。 デポジットは、たしか100元でした。

Moyen moyen. Mais pour le prix...
J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour une longue durée car par cher et très proche du métro. En revanche, j'ai du acheter un sur matelas et un oreiller (pour moins de 10€) car ceux de l'hôtel ne sont vraiment pas confortable. Aussi l'hôtel est très bruyant car il y a une grande route en dessous. Et enfin, je pense (j'en suis sur d'ailleurs ) le ménage n'est pas fait sérieusement tous les jours.

Hotel situé devant une autoroute en travaux ainsi que l’hôtel lui même ce qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Lit pas très confortable on peut sentir les ressorts du lit. Cependant très bien situé à 2 min du métro et en face de la gare de bus Sud de Hangzhou donc très pratique.

杭州南汽車駅(バスターミナル)前
杭州南汽車駅(バスターミナル)と車道を挟んで反対側に有る。 宿泊代は安いが、安いなりのレベル。 シーツ、バスタオルはそれなりに綺麗。 床は髪の毛が落ちてるが、目立つホコリはあまり無い。 アメニティは紙コップ、ボディソープ(備え付け)。 トイレとシャワーは区切り無し。 スリッパ無し(1Fのコンビニで紙スリッパが3元で買える)。 ホテルの前で21:00くらいから屋台が出る。鍋貼、水餃子、串焼きなど。 道路を渡って、杭州南汽車駅側に行けば、各地方の食堂が色々ある(蘭州拉麺、重慶米粉などなど)。

A cheap place to stay
This hotel is situated close to a subway station, so it's easy to get to the centre of town. It's also very cheap, which was the main reason for us to choose it. The room we got was tiny and very brightly colored. The bathroom was horrible, very small and clearly with a moisture damage. But for this price it was an ok place to stay, and the staff was nice and helpful.

位置还好，服务和设施太差太差
首先，网站和订单都明确有拖鞋，然后没有，客服给的回复是好定网跟他们不是直接合作，所以不知道it是怎么写的，，这种解释只能说推托。别的什么洗漱用品，烧水壶，纸巾更是没有。房间只有空桌子。吹风机也没有借到，第一次说要100押金，第二次带着押金去说没有了。

Location is good,very easy to find after going out the mtr station.The lobby is clean n bright;and the staff are quite helpful.the room is a little bit small,the bed just fit for me if u are not so tall.
