Great location....outside of the bustling town of Tam Coc, and so it is very quiet and peaceful, and yet just a short walk to town for dining and shopping. Our bungalow was large and comfortable. « J’adore cet hôtel . Cela fait 3 fois que j’y retourne . Le cadre est calme et parfait . Un paradis sur terre . Le problème ce sont les douches . Aucune ne fonctionne . J’avais pris une villa familiale, la douche dans la chambre parentale ne fonctionnait pas car l’eau débordait instantanément . Ensuite on prenait la douche dans la chambre des enfants, les canalisations sont bouchées . L’eau débordait de partout . C’était l’inondation pendant tout le séjour . Ce problème je l’avais déjà prévenu...

"Nous avons choisi cet hôtel avant tout pour sa localisation, et sur ce point nous n’avons vraiment pas été déçus. L’établissement est situé loin de l’agitation de villes comme Ninh Binh ou Tam Coc, en plein milieu des rizières. Le cadre est assez bluffant : tout autour, ce ne sont que des champs de riz, avec les oiseaux qui passent devant les fenêtres et une atmosphère extrêmement paisible. La nuit, on entend même les grenouilles chanter presque sans interruption, ce qui participe au charme du lieu sans être gênant pour dormir. Le cadre général de l’hôtel est vraiment très agréable. Le jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu, et la piscine est superbe. L’ensemble donne une impression de calme et de luxe discret qui rend le séjour particulièrement reposant. Le service est également excellent. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, très serviable et parle un anglais parfait, ce qui facilite beaucoup les échanges. Il est très simple de demander des conseils, de s’orienter ou d’organiser ses visites dans la région. Concernant la chambre, nous avons été un peu plus mitigés. Nous avions choisi une chambre avec véranda, ce qui nous plaisait beaucoup sur le papier. En pratique, les ouvertures donnant uniquement sur la véranda rendaient la chambre assez sombre, ce qui était un peu dommage. C’est regrettable car la décoration, avec beaucoup de pierre et de bois, est par ailleurs très jolie et chaleureuse. Autre petit bémol : à certains endroits du jardin, notamment près de notre c"
