« Hjälpsam och trevlig personal som löste att vi bokat fel och råkat boka ett singelrum för 3 personer. Vi fick ett dubbelrum och ett enkelrum bredvid varandra och sonen blev helnöjd över eget rum. Stupava är ett mysigt litet samhälle med supergod gelato utanför hotellet och gångavstånd till flera restauranger med bra service och god mat. Bra parkering på innergården av hotellet. »

« Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy...

« Nous sommes arrivés en milieu après midi avons déposé nos bagages. L a réceptionniste était peu agréable Par la suite nous sommes partis visiter Bratislava et lors de notre retour je me suis trompé de route. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la frontière Hongrie Autriche, Notre retour à l hôtel c est effectué vers les 22h00 nous avons demandé à la réception si il y avait possibilité de dîner celle-ci nous a répondu que le restaurant était fermé donc nous sommes montés dans notre chambre sans dîner »
