Spectacular Views From Beachfront Condo

Enjoy stunning unobstructed ocean views from this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachfront condominium. The unit features a spacious living area with a large flatscreen television, a full-size sleeper sofa, a dining area, and full kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a plush queen size bed, built-in drawers, and a large flat screen television. The private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers sweeping views of the beach. Well above the hustle and bustle of the strip, you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surf, dine al-fresco, or simply relax with a book.

Parking, cable TV, Wifi, laundry facilities, towels and linens are included.

The unit is located on the third floor of a five-story complex with elevator access. The building was built in 2015. Grocery stores, restaurants, music-venues, mini-golf, and waterslides are all within walking distance. Golf, movie theaters, water sports, fishing, whale watching tours, and anything else you would want are nearby. The condominium is 10 miles from Exeter, 15 miles from downtown Portsmouth, and 55 miles from Logon Airport.

Our beachfront condo Was everything I hoped it would be and more. The condo was very clean and quiet in the ocean view outstanding. Our October stay was a last-minute decision and it being the off-season allowed us freedom to come and go very easily. I will definitely be back!

Location of the property was perfect, and the gated parking was very convenient. We were able to leave all the beach gear in the car and grabbed it on our way to the beach each day. The balcony was nice, with a great view of the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids slept on the pullout couch, we brought sleeping bags and fitted full sheet with use for them which work perfect. Would recommend this condo for couples and small families.

The unit was exceptionally clean. I cannot speak highly enough about the unit, the location and the attentiveness of the owner. I didn't want to leave, I wish I could afford to purchase a unit and live there. I'm already booking my week for next year.

Beach literally on the opposite side of the road. Balcony was spacious and private from other units. Fireworks from the beach are right in front of you, great viewing. Everything you need except food is included and great entertainment on the boardwalk. Owners checked in and offered help with anything we needed. Great stay and awesome vacation spot.

Chris was a great host and put our mind to rest regarding the cleaning process during this pandemic. We did some grocery shopping and parked the car for the week. These units not only have a spectacular view and incredible amenities, like WiFi, air conditioning, washer dryer and full size appliances they also have a secured entry. If you don’t want to leave the unit, the deck gets full sun in the morning and plenty of things to look at. This is the second year our family has stayed at this location and we have already booked again for next year.

Got in just before the boardwalk shutdown completely (end of October). Easy day trips to Glouster and Portsmouth were fun. Fall colors were almost at peak. Would have preferred king bed over queen.

This was my second year back to Hampton Beach - and this condo did not disappoint. It was very nice and exceptionally clean. The owner was awesome and very responsive to text messages. I would recommend this place to anyone - its awesome inside. You wont be disappointed! I would like to rent this one again next year!

This was our first time staying in Chris’s condo although we have stayed in the same building before. We loved everything about their condo, slept better than we ever have on vacation, the view is so nice, our favorite restaurants are close by and time in Hampton gives us a chance to spend time with family and friends. We will definitely rent this condo again next year, Hampton will always be “home” to us! Thanks again Chris!

Kris did a great job in communicating, the place was wonderful, clean and well appointed The location, was amazing the fireworks were right across the street. I would highly recommend using Kris anytime and would definitely rent again, and in fact I’ve already spoken to him about the possibility of next year .
