Coin-operated laundry room for all guests to use.

Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Local news channels can be accessed through the “NewsOn” app.

***There is a strict no pet policy administered by the condo association. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed.

***No Parties. We have fantastic neighbors and ask that you respect quite hours.

***No Tobacco, vaping, or any type of smoking on the premises (inside or outside). This is strictly enforced and administered by the condo association.

***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Perfect getaway trip

We had a very nice stay here! It was the offseason so Hampton Beach was quiet and open. And it's a nice spot between a bigger city like Boston and a smaller one like Portland, ME. We only needed to contact our host once and he responded in under a minute. Incredibly helpful and professional! Highly recommended.

Everything in this unit was in pretty much top condition. Absolutely one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in. Perfect location right on the beach and a very short walk to the board walk. Amazing stay for our mini get away. The place is just like the pictures, beautiful condo with amazing views from the screened in porch. Definitely 5 stars. If I had to say anything negative it was the screens have some holes so we didn’t open the windows in the bedrooms(but you have a ceiling fan and another fan in each room so it was very comfortable)But leaving the sliders open and the porch windows open was perfect and you hear the waves. Again amazing stay and John is very attentive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

I recently stayed at “The Wave” with my two young daughters and my 75 year old mother. Our stay from booking to check out was perfect. The location was amazing. The distance from the apartment to the car and the beach was ideal especially when traveling with children and a senior. We could easily leave our beach stuff in the car and just stop and get it each day on the way out to the beach. The close proximity to the Boardwalk was great. The unit itself had a beautiful view and was well stocked. The host responded promptly when I reached out prior to and during our trip. We had a great vacation and hope to return to this unit on Hampton Beach.
