The Crest - Hampton Beach

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay at Crest at Hampton! Check-in was quick and easy, the location couldn’t have been better, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that they still use traditional room keys instead of key cards, which felt a bit outdated and less convenient. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again."

"I know we only stayed for the weekend but no-one cleaned our room and I had to find housekeeping down the hall for towels and we ran out of tp the day we were leaving. But the place is clean and the Bar in hotel was a lot of fun. Staff was great. Beds are comfy.Had a great weekend overall. Definitely would stay again."

"The place is great. We loved the fact that our dietary needs as Muslims were met during breakfast almost daily. When the Chef thought we checked out, and didn't prepare something to meet our needs, he prepped something for us on the spot. The front desk staff and maintenance team were always friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with the bathroom lock, they sent someone to fix it quickly, and when he thought it will take longer than supposed, he offered us to move to a different room. The only thing I wish was different, and which is really important, is having comfy pillows. Me and my family were having hard time sleeping due to the pillows quality."

"Upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite across the street from the main hotel and had the best time with a full kitchen/ living room 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (bedroom bathrooms each have a shower. Plus the porch/deck area specific to each room made sitting and people watching all the more enjoyable when you just want to relax after a day at the beach. Only negative would be you will hear you neighbors on either side of you and or above you. However this wasn't a big deal for us and didn't take away from the great room/stay."

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I was on the first floor so you could hear kids running around understandable but till 2am. I wanted to sit outside my room and the view was the stairs to go upstairs. The neighbors had other guest sitting outside & took the chairs. I did remove an ashtray from the area which ended back in my area with a cigarette butt in it & my chair that I retrieved from neighbors had someone sitting in it outside my room the next day. The 5 minute walk to the beach made the minor things seem trivial."
