Summer Fun Awaits at Colonial Seaside Condos!
Furnished 1 Bedroom Condo, with Kitchen, 3/4 bath and parking for 1 compact vehicle. We supply pillows/blankets and you supply linens/towels. On-site coin-op laundry. Only 1/2 block to the Hampton Beach boardwalk, sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Shops, Restaurants, Entertainment and fun. Enjoy the Casino Ballroom, the Half Shell Stage, shops, arcades, restaurants, and over a mile of scenic paved sidewalk along the beach.

Unit 43 at Colonial Seaside Condos offers modern, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned accommodations located one floor up from the ground-level compact parking garage (note, there is no elevator). Perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, this unit features:

Bedroom: Private bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Living Area: Full-size sofa sleeper in the living room, which opens to the kitchen/dining area.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking/eating utensils.

Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, cable, and flat-screen TVs in each room.

As a privately owned condominium, we do not offer daily maid service but provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, basic cleaning supplies, and an iron/ironing board. Bedspreads and blankets are provided. Bring your own Linens, towels and personal items. Linens and towels can also be added for an additional charge. Relax outdoors on small balconies on both sides of the unit with Adirondack chairs.

While our property is not waterfront, you can still enjoy side views of the water which is at the end of the block, by walking up to the common balcony at the front of the building. Just seeing the water is relaxing in itself. Wouldn't you agree?

Complimentary parking for one small vehicle in our compact carport. Additional paid parking is available at the end of G Street and on Ashworth Avenue if needed.

G St. condo at Hampton Beach

Nice cozy apartment. Tight, but works well. Didn't have a kettle, just a couple saucepans. Called to ask if there was something in storage, and ended up getting a great whole new set of cookware. Loved the off street parking. Made me feel our vehicle was safe. Short walk down the street to the beach. Met some friendly guests staying at the other apartments.

Fun at Hampton Beach

This was a small but comfortable two room space with one bed and a quite comfortable sofa bed. The rooms were well equipped with supplies but the TVs were very hard to figure out. Even the staff couldn’t do it. Written instructions would have been helpful. We were asked to use a pass for our car but none was left for us. However it was great to have designated parking and to be within 3 min walk of the beach!

Next best thing to actually staying on the beach

This property is just steps away from the main drag and beach and just about dead center. It’s not ocean front, but as close as you can get without actually being there. 3 minute walk to the sea shell stage. These are NOT luxury accommodations, it’s a very tight 1 bedroom apartment that is functional but not very comfortable. For example just the basic furniture prevents the doors from opening fully. Had there been more than 2 of us it would have been way too tight. Along that “tight” theme, there is a parking space provided which is great but you better have a small car and be a good driver. It’s under the building and you have to navigate between the support posts. I did ok but my wife refused to drive under there and we saw some others having issues as well. We never heard from the owner during our stay which was a bit disappointing, even just touching base on day 1 to make sure we got in and found everything we needed would have been nice. After staying there we felt that the price was too high for what it is, had we booked earlier we could have gotten better for less. That said we did enjoy our stay. The location is fabulous, and we would consider staying again but this property wouldn’t be our first choice.

So cute and cozy!

This little condo was perfect! It is a bit tiny but it’s not too tiny. It’s nice and cozy. My stay was great my partner and I enjoyed staying here. The area was clean and stocked with dish ware and linens. The only downside to this rental is that the microwave does act a little funny and takes a bit to warm up but everything else was perfect. Both TVs have cable and the couch was super comfy. The parking was a bit confusing and difficult but not something that would prevent me from staying here again! This rental is in a great area and perfect little walk to the beach and other boardwalk festivities. I hope to book here again next summer!

The pictures do not do this cozy rental justice. Plenty of room and practically on the beach. Easy access, , clean, great communication, even got to meet an owner who was very sweet and pleasant.

Very dirty, doors couldn’t open all the way, too cramped, stovetop smoked leaving a burning smell. Constant smoke smell inside and out. We left after a day and I asked for a refund for the remainder of our stay and was denied. This experience ruined our vacation. Only could text the owner who never replied back to me. Worse experience I have ever had.
