We are located directly across the street from Hampton Beach and have off street parking for our guests. Our Units can accommodate families from 2 to 6 people. Each unit is private with a private bath. We are located at the north end of Hampton beach, a 30/40 yard walk to the stairs down to the beach. Walking distance to all of the local attractions, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Suite 3 offers 2 queen beds. Individual making the booking must be 25 or older < Suite 3 offers 2 queen beds, kitchenette with mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker, private bath, and outdoor seating for 2 on our covered porch. Unfortunately I can not post a picture of the garbage that was piled and spilling over the trash cans outside door #3 where I stayed. It was disgusting and I did not even want to sit outside at the private seating for 2 outside the suite entrance. The common patio located between the buildings for grilling was also unusable because no one had tended to that area and it was overgrown with weeds under the picnic tables and whole area. The free internet was not working either to watch TV at down time at night, but the host was reachable and had it fixed the next day for two night. The host also had the maintenance man come the next day to bring the garbage to the curb for garbage pick up when we were checking out. Otherwise it was clean and as pictured but no toilet paper, so bring some just in case! Thank you for your hospitality! ##### Tonya T. We had to get a pet friendly room this trip as our boarder retired. This was the first time taking our dog to the ocean and I was nervous. Our stay here was absolutely perfect for having a pet. There was a small grassy area behind the buildings where we could take her to do her business and everyone we met was pleased to meet her. We felt very welcomed having our dog there. Even the best behaved dogs bark on occasion and traveling with pets always make me nervous someone will complain. But we didn't receive anything but friendly greetings. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. It is like a hotel room and was one big space with a bathroom. In addition there was a Keurig, coffee, creamer and sugar, a small fridge with an actual freezer and and icecube tray so we could make ice. It was furnished with plates, cups, mugs and silverware for 4\. There was also a small kitchen sink and a microwave. We were also traveling with our kids ages 12+9 and we're pleasantly surprised to find a first aid kit with bandaids under the bathroom sink. A hair dryer was also there and there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispenser containers on the wall of the shower. The space was very clean, the air conditioner kept the room perfectly cool and there was Netflix on the TV. The location was a 5 min or less walk to a great location on the beach to swim, boogie board and sun bath.
