Clam Cove - Heart of Hampton Beach!

Welcome to Clam Cove. Centrally located in downtown Hampton Beach! Only 1 block from the ocean. Right near the main boardwalk with great shops, beaches, parks, restaurants and some great entertainment. This is a private cottage offering 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 1 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. You also get own private porch. Come relax in your home away from home.



The Space:

This is private cottages less than 500 feet from the beach offering 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 1 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Each of the two bedrooms has a full-size bed. WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Full sheet set and comforter for every bed

• 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest

• 1 beach towel per guest

• 3 hand towels



🍳 Kitchen

• Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals

• Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided



🏖 Beach Gear

• Beach towel for each guest

• Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon

• Sand toys for the little ones

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Coffee creamer and sugar

• Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied



📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Clam Cove has parking for 2 normal/smaller sized vehicle in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.



The Neighborhood:

Clam Cove is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.



Getting Around:

Clam Cove has parking for 2 normal/smaller sized vehicle in your own lot right outside the cottage. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.



Other Things to Note:

There are a total of five cottages that share a parking lot. All of them are available to rent alone or together for large groups.



We do not offer refunds, credits, or date changes due to inclement weather, storms, hurricanes, tropical systems, excessive heat or cold, poor beach conditions, beach closures, water quality advisories, red flag warnings, or any other weather- or government-related conditions that may impact your stay or the use of local attractions. These circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your trip is affected by unforeseen weather or other covered circumstances.
