The perfect location for relaxation and fun. Steps from the sand and Bathhouse at Hampton Beach (fool (closes on Sept 10 for season) and your basically across the beach from the sand!) Queen Size bed and Futon, small refridge, microwave, toaster oven, 3/4 bath, Cable & Wifi, on-site coin-op laundry and parking for 1 vehicle in our carport.

We pride ourselves on providing clean, friendly and comfortable accommodations while vacationing in Hampton Beach, NH. Our friendly atmosphere results in guests returning year after year. Only at Hampton Beach can you find free evening concerts, movies on the beach, fantastic firework displays, an endless array of events, competitions, festivals, amusements, and boating adventures. The place was so clean, the room was so clean. The walk to and from the beach was so easy and very convenient. My husband and I enjoyed everything there. The pool was amazing and was so warm. We will definitely be back next year

Nice place, noisy neighbors
My husband & I were very pleased with the space, which was spacious & clean & 2 minutes from the beach. Unfortunately, every night the people upstairs were stomping around all hours of the night, & people were hanging out right outside our terrace door talking loudly until 1:30 AM. Inconsiderate people for sure but otherwise a good place to stay.
