No pets allowed . we don't provide towels, we provide bed sheets only . Located at 23 B St directly across the beach & boardwalk, with 2 swimming pool you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment as its across the street from the building . the pool is next door not in the same property this property features. 8 apartments all units are 2-Bedroom. Full kitchen w/all the amenities, full bathroom w/bathtub. living room has ceiling fan and window AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed and a portable AC .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed. smart TV in the living room , and internet. pool access. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. first floor is good for old people and handicapped . we offer 1 parking per unit and can provide extra parking for additional cost . In the appart: Pots & pans need to be upgraded or replaced and the bath should be changed or reglazed. Parking lot so small that trucks can lock people in the parking and it is impossible to leave. When we came in some of the ceiling was in our shower from where they were working in it from above. The beds were comfortable, but the couch was not. One block from the boardwalk, children loved the beach and arcades. We rent from VRBO all the time, and this property was in the worst shape we have ever seen. Dirty doors, living room window taped with piece of plastic, portable AC plastic air intake tube sticking out from the bedroom window attached with tape and openining direrctly onto the steet. WiFI was spotty: occasionally fine, but more likely either off completely or too slow to stream. Rusty bathroom shelft and shower rod, old dirty warn out kitchen sponge, sticky folding chairs for sitting, no hooks to dry towels. Bring your own towels! Some of the dishes and utensils we took from the cupboard were dirty, we had to wash them before using. Utensils are probably the cheapes and flimsiest possible. Come for the location, but definitely do not expect much from the property. ##### Olga S. Different windows than pictured in photos so window air conditioner in living room was not portable as listed , air conditioner held in window w/ flimsy plastic. Had to try to contain water by putting used hand towels around it . Could've been robbed easily. Just push hand through the plastic and crank open the window ! Kept valuables in car when out. Cleanliness was good except for these issues. Only towels for 2 were provided for 4 guests. Owner brought more but were told that's all we get for our entire stay & would need to bring our own as there is no housekeeping.. Listing stated they are provided. Needs hooks or racks to hang towels to dry since we couldn't get fresh. TV reception was horrible & Wifi was spotty, constantly freezing and going on and off . Were told it was weather related yet it was inconsistent it on sunny days too ! Too bad. Location was great, plenty of room and the owner was nice and fixed an exploded sink sprayer promptly but these issues really need attention ! Would book again but know what to expect ! ##### Jeff R. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Christine P. 22 juill. 2021 #### Just OK There were PROs and Cons to this location. I had my 2 teenage boys and elderly mom with us on the stay. The property itself was a prime location to the beach (one block away) and the boardwalk activities. It was clean when we arrived. Owner helped install the stand up air conditioner first day for us and was easy to keep up throughout trip. We never got a parking pass and owner said not needed that we had the first parking space reserved and we were OK. But found out later that can really take any spot on the lot. Spaces were very tight but manageable for a regular size vehicle. Place had a full set of dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. Even had paper plates and cups from previous stays which was helpful. Chairs in the unit were missing. I had asked the owner what happened to them, he said previous tenants broke them, I saw him that afternoon to ask and he did provide us with 3 more folding chairs to be able to sit at the table for meals. We also had to ask for extra bath towels (only 2 came with unit) for a week's stay which the owner gave to us gladly. We also then had to ask for extra toilet paper and paper towels (for the kitchen area). I suppose would have been OK if the paper towels was full before we arrived but was almost gone and since was the only use of drying dishes after use and spills, etc thought was odd that we couldn't get another roll to use. The garbage pail had only one trash bag in it. At this point I made due and didn't ask for another one. We cleaned up the space and emptied the trash and recyclables before we left. Overall if you are looking for a clean place with good parking this was a good spot. Neighborhood was sometimes noisy at night. Suggest if you choose this location try to stay on top units so you don't hear people walking about late at night. Lastly, bring and extra fan. Second bedroom was quite warm (even with the window air conditioner and stand up) for this time of the year.
