"We have stayed in this hotel at least three times during the last year. This hotel is always very clean and very comfortable for guests, and the staff are always gracious, friendly, and helpful. Our stays are always relaxing and pleasureful and the hotel is aways clean and quiet. We will return! "

"Pool was closed but i was notified prior to our arrival. Older hotel but was priced right and included hot breakfast. Stayed 3 nights, not luxurious but clean."

"I didn't get a chance to visit the gym, but all the other amenities were. great, and the staff was so pleasant. This was my first time to Wilmington, and I can assuredly say, it won't be my last and I will be back to the Fairfield Inn. "

"Reasonably helpful staff, but my room (corner, river view) had a broken door lock; when I asked to move, I was told there were no equivalent rooms available, so rather than be upgraded, I was put in a cheaper room with no balcony/view/ etc"

"I believe the resort is highly misrepresented. The rooms are very small, with an unpleasant paint color, and the bedding had noticeable spots and marks on it. The fitness room is extremely small—more like a fitness corner—with only four machines. The gift shop is also tiny and carries very few items; they didn’t even have sunscreen, and the souvenirs mentioned in the advertisement were available. The hallways resemble those of a prison building, which creates an uninviting atmosphere. Additionally, the hot tub was not working during our stay."
