« This house was great! Location was super close to Saugatuck, Douglas, etc. Kids loved playing in the heated barn and with the fun games in the basement. Clean and well-equipped kitchen and tons of space for the extended family to hang out and enjoy Thanksgiving. Kristi’s communication and instructions were great! Would definitely stay here again! »

« Outside looks nice, Breakfast area was fine and the food and beverage was good. The food just needed to be heated up when they first started breakfast in the morning. Room was outdated. Air Conditioner needs to be cleaned very musty. The Shower would only turn on half way, but usable. The tub to shower knob wouldn’t pull all the way up. The sink was partially clogged. The swing bar lock was also broken. »

« Gentleman working at check in was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, personal, and helpful with the kids. The room was unfortunately not very clean. We found a dusty shirt from a previous visitor under the bathroom sink. Additionally there was hair in the shower. The pool is small, but perfect for my two young children. They loved it! Breakfast was great with hot bacon, potatoes, and eggs coming out frequently. Everyone found something they liked and we left with full stomachs. Overall...
