"The room was very clean and spacious. It was quiet but not many guests as it's the off season. The continental breakfast was so so. The waffle iron wasn't working properly so they were raw on the inside. Minimum selection of items and no milk 2 days in a row so cereal wasn't an option. Location provided easy access to attractions."

"Well for some reason I booked it wrong, needed two queen beds instead got a room with one king bed and a roll a bed. So we were able to exchange to another room the next night, staff was wonderful in arranging that. The only negative was that we were in room next to the out door on the side so heard alot of people coming and going early in am and up until 11pm. Next night in another room closer to front desk was wonderful and quiet. Did not hear anything."

"Check-in was very fast and the front desk people were welcoming and ready for company. The hotel and room were spotless. We were only there for late evening, but the kitchen counter space and sink were really helpful. Quiet night on clean, comfortable beds, and a stellar breakfast that included bread pudding!, and great coffee. It was a really great stop after a long, enjoyable day at the tulip fields and national park. Thank you!!!"

"The room was unfinished. No door jam on floor between bathroom and entry. Dirt snd gunk in space. Keys continually not working. Desk chair was ripped up. No luggage rack. Personnel very friendly and helpful"

"I was just here for the night and check in was smooth and easy. Staff very friendly and my room comfortable. The hot tub was not very hot and did not seem clean. Bad smell. Dipped foot in and said Nope. The pool was very cold. The breakfast was good. "

"This property is fantastic!! Beautiful, clean and the views are perfect. We had a very rainy and windy day where we just stayed in for much of the day and we enjoyed being inside just as much. Snuggled up and read. Well maintained and enjoyable."

"The only reason that I booked this “hotel” was the pool. On Expedia by searches always include breakfast and pool when the booking was confirmed. The confirmation picture is a shot of the pool when I arrived to check in at about 10 PM. I was met in the lobby with a sign that says pool is closed. Please be understanding. We will let you know when it is fixed when I inquired as to if it would be running tomorrow they said it wouldn’t be till next week, I asked how long it had been closed. They said it have been closed for the previous few days. The pool was closed when I made my booking the hotel did not update Expedia on this issue nor did they contact me so when I arrived too late to find other accommodations, there was nothing I could do. On top of that, the second floor on the south side walkway is slanted, and my family was fearful that it would fall off of the building. Breakfast was OK could definitely be improved. Overall, this location does not meet the standard that I’ve come to expect from Quality Hotels"
